At Global Tendo La Upendo, we believe education is the key that unlocks doors of opportunity. It not only empowers the mind — it transforms futures, families, and entire communities. Today, we are honored to celebrate two remarkable young men who embody that truth in every way: Mark and Alex.

These two have been part of our Student Sponsorship Program since Primary 6. From the moment our team met them, it was clear that God’s hand was on their lives. They were bright. They were determined. And they were ready to work toward a future many children in rural Uganda only dream about.

Now, after years of prayer, mentorship, and hard-earned progress, Mark and Alex are preparing to sit for their Senior 6 (S6) Country Exams — the most important academic milestone a Ugandan student faces.

Exam Dates: November 4 – December 5, 2025

These exams will determine their eligibility for university — and ultimately, the careers they have been working toward for so long.

Meet Mark - Future Engineer

Mark has always loved math and the mechanics of how things work. On his S4 national exams, he achieved a perfect score — a true testament to his discipline and God-given brilliance.

Today, his dream is to become an engineer who helps build stronger and more sustainable infrastructure for his community. His quiet confidence and strong work ethic inspire everyone around him.
